Dining
Zai Japanese Restaurant: Authentic Japanese Restaurant in a traditional setting offering a selection of sushi, sashimi, tempura and many other delicacies. Open Tuesday - Saturday 6pm - 10pm.
Lagoons Restaurant: Offers a la carte and buffet dining with seafood a specialty. Indoor and outdoor seating available overlooking the sparkling lagoons. Menu and opening hours will vary throughout the week, however normally operates from 6.30am to 10.30pm.
Ocean Breeze Bar: This is the resorts swim up bar open from 10 am to 5pm offering refreshments and snacks at the poolside.
Plantation Bar: Located in the Sunbird Centre at the Sheraton Mirage, the Plantation Bar is the perfect place to unwind with a specialty coffee or boutique beer. Full range of cafe style food and bar snacks is available as you enjoy sporting events on the 4 big screen plasma TV's. On selected nights the Plantation Bar hosts BBQ nights under the stars in the beer garden. Seasonal opening hours.
Daintree Lounge: Offers relaxing atmosphere with regular entertainments. Air conditioned, sophisticated decor with endless views over the stunning lagoons. Tropical cocktails, french champagne by the glass and imported beers are just some of the beverage choices available. Open daily from 5pm till midnight.
